Life coaching is for the purpose of moving forward and welcoming positive and helpful change into your life, along with lasting personal transformation. The type of coaching I provide, seeks to work through potential self-imposed blocks from the past, and offer you a guided route to your authentic and powerful self. This stance acts as a catalyst for you to come to know yourself better. I utilise my psychotherapy training along with cutting edge, modern psychology models and theories, in addition to a motivational coaching approach, to bring together a unique form of self-development work. I offer a reduced price initial consultation where we can get together for 90 minutes, I can hear about what you are dealing with, and give you some clarity, and an idea of how we may work together. There is no pressure to commit at this stage.
Going forward there are two options for coaching: Starting off with where you are at, and getting to the heart of your problem or situation, with frequent sessions, and homework. Alternatively, if you feel you simply would like more awareness and greater freedom, then starting with my stuctured, personal one to one self-development course may suit you better.
The course comprises of eight sessions, fortnightly, covering a four month period. You will recieve a booklet at the outset, which details the ideas, theories and techniques we will cover during your explorations with me. It's a look at how you came to be you, we will uncover "your idea" of yourself, so we can then let go of what isn't true. This will help us to question, your beliefs, and identify what you want, and how we can help you get there.
My coaching style is interactive, person led, motivating, and works on both the inner and outer aspects of your life. I offer a warm collaborative space for investigating your past in order to accelrate your growth in the present. A guided meditation is offered in each session and is tailored to your new discoveries, at the end of each coaching session, you'll also recieve homework tasks and ideas for further contmeplation. This material and your insights are reviewed at the start of each new meeting. After your course you will have time to integrate and ground these strategies into your life, but you can also return for any ad hoc sessions, if you so wish to continue your development with me. The ad hoc sessions which can be taken up after the coaching programme will be personally tailored dependent on which areas you feel you most need boosting, further awareness or more confidence in.
There are more investigative activities, explorations and homework sheets which I have devised which seek to look at your overall life balance and areas for growth. Further guided meditations, along with dream analysis and EFT may be used in addition.
